Greg played a crucial role in evolving Estée Lauder and its portfolio of brands into a global enterprise and leader in innovation, quality, safety, and sustainability. As Executive Vice President and Chief Global Supply Chain Officer, he modernized the end-to-end supply chain to fuel and support rapid growth. As Global Crisis Leadership Chairperson, he built and led a framework that became essential in navigating active and potential crises, including COVID-19, natural disasters, and cyber threats.
Greg restructured supply chain operations and led the integration of numerous siloed businesses into a cohesive unit as a senior executive for Unilever. He continually gained increasing responsibility in brand management, finance, and global procurement to become Vice President and North America Supply Chain Leader for Home and Personal Care and Foods.
