DALLAS, Sept. 16, 2024 – o9, a leading enterprise AI software platform provider for transforming planning and decision-making, today announced that two of its experts are recognized as 2024 Women in Supply Chain honorees by Supply & Demand Chain Executive, an annual award program which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.
This year’s o9 Women in Supply Chain honorees include:
- Maiya Winston, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader at o9: Maiya is an honoree in the DEI Pioneer category, which celebrates female leaders who continue to create and execute diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Maiya is responsible for increasing employee engagement and elevating the influence of DEI within o9 and across its strategic business initiatives.
- Courtney Nelson, Director of HR Strategic Programs at o9: Courtney is an honoree in the Rising Star category, which recognizes young or newer professionals (39 and under) whose achievements, hard work, and vision have shaped the supply chain network. In her current role at o9, she leads HR Strategic Programs, including oversight of DEI, performance management, talent development, and an emerging program known as People Insights.
