JJ Van Oosten is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in retail and CPG, having led and successfully delivered five large and complex digital transformations for established brands, including Tesco, Lego, Travis Perkins, Kingfisher plc, and Rewe-Group.
His approach involves identifying the best hypothesis, testing the new proposition in a multivariate way, and mobilizing the organization to scale and drive LFL. Throughout his career, he brought agility through cultural shifts by embracing new skills or coaching existing ones. He also ensured the Board and Exco level addressed data, products, and new ways of working to improve fluency, confidence, and belief in the deep tech transformation.
