New global program introduces clearer partnership tiers, requirements and benefits, alongside a dedicated Partner Management Portal

DALLAS, Sept. 22, 2026 – o9 Solutions, a leading software company that is powering enterprise planning and decisioning models across 30-plus industry verticals with its groundbreaking, AI-powered Digital Brain platform, today announced the launch of o9 Partner Pulse, a structured global partner program that provides a clearer framework for how partners work with o9, with defined requirements and benefits for each partnership tier.

o9 Partner Pulse builds on o9’s existing approach to partner tiers by establishing defined requirements and benefits for each tier. The program gives partners greater visibility into how they can progress their relationship with o9 while creating a foundation that can expand as new benefits and ways of working are introduced. As the program develops, o9 plans to add further partner benefits and commercial opportunities, including referral and co-delivery models. This approach allows Partner Pulse to evolve alongside o9’s business and partner ecosystem without changing the underlying framework partners use to engage with the company.

To support that collaboration in practice, o9 is also launching the o9 Partner Management Portal, a dedicated collaboration space connecting partner sales teams directly with o9 sales teams. The portal gives partners visibility into a shared pipeline, a structured way to register and track opportunities, and a single place to coordinate joint selling opportunities with their o9 counterparts. o9 Partner Pulse and the Partner Management Portal will initially launch for o9’s system integrator and consulting partners. The framework is intended to extend to o9’s technology and hyperscaler partner as the program develops.
