Accommodation: o9 will cover the accommodation for all of our guests for the two nights of the o9 Pioneer Council Retreat in California.

When to Fly: We advise booking flights as follows: 

  • Inbound flight arriving before 2 pm on Monday, February 9th 
  • Outbound flight departing after 2 pm on Wednesday, February 11th

Airport transfer

The Resort at Pelican Hill is located only 15 minutes from
John Wayne International Airport (SNA). The airport is serviced by Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, Southwest, United, U.S. Airways, and Air Canada year round.

Other options: Long Beach Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the resort and LAX is about 60 minutes.

o9 will arrange car transfers for all our guests from the airport to the retreat venue in California and back.
