Airport transfer
The Hotel Miramar Barcelona is located only 15 minutes from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN), which offers direct and connecting services from major North American gateways as well as extensive connections throughout Europe and beyond.
o9 will arrange car transfers for all our guests from the airport to the retreat venue in Barcelona and back.
Important: We kindly ask that you send us your flight details, including flight times and numbers, so that we can arrange your car transfer.

Accommodation: o9 will cover the accommodation for all of our guests for the two nights of the o9 Pioneer Council Retreat in California.
When to Fly: We advise booking flights as follows:
- Inbound flight arriving before 4 pm on Tuesday, October 27th
- Outbound flight departing after 2 pm on Thursday, October 29th
