o9 Solutions corporate year-end grant donation to Khan academy

Earlier this year, o9 became a signatory of the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge and, as part of that commitment, Chakri Gottemukkala, Co-founder and CEO of o9 Solutions, committed himself and the company to take actions that support creating opportunities to expose underrepresented populations around the world to STEM education and careers.

In line with that pledge, this giving season we’re thrilled to announce our corporate year-end grant donation to Khan Academy. As part of our commitment to furthering education and providing opportunities for students to learn, we’re making a significant donation to support Khan Academy’s mission of providing free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere.

Khan Academy is a nonprofit educational organization that offers free lessons in math, science, and humanities in more than 50 languages, as well as tools for parents, teachers, and school districts to track student progress. The platform has made it possible for millions of people of all ages around the world to access quality education. Through our contribution, we hope to help Khan Academy continue to provide this invaluable resource to those who might not otherwise have access to high-quality learning experiences.

Specifically, the o9 donation will be used to support Khan Academy’s hosting costs associated with making educational resources available for learners internationally. Thanks to the generous contribution, 750,000 students will now benefit from the Khan Academy’s free, world-class education and have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.
