Training Description

As part of this Workshop, you will explore how the o9 Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool is deployed for next-generation procurement. The focus will be on the features of a comprehensive SRM solution, which highlights two core pillars: operational excellence through precise Planning and Transaction Collaboration (e.g., forecasting, PO/Invoice exchange), and resilience achieved via Supply Chain Risk Management (e.g., multi-tier mapping, media monitoring, and proactive scenario planning). The Workshop will provide you with insights into the practical workflows that an End User can leverage for their day-to-day planning and risk management activities.
