Consumer & Retail Executive Dinner
Planning at the Pace of the Consumer

Consumer behavior is changing faster than traditional planning cycles were built to absorb. For leaders across consumer brands and retail, that is reshaping how decisions get made across the business - and raising new questions about where AI can help organizations respond with greater speed and confidence.

Join a curated group of 20–30 senior executives at Scarpetta in New York City for an invitation-only evening of dinner, networking and peer conversation.

What To Expect

Demand moves in real time. Most plans do not.

New channels, digital demand signals, shifting wholesale relationships, and long-lead supply commitments are widening the gap between what consumers want and what businesses are positioned to deliver. For brands, that gap creates forecast bias, service risk, and inventory exposure. For retailers, it complicates allocation, localization, open-to-buy, and receipt decisions.

At this private dinner, Naresh Rajanna, Head of Global Supply at The Estée Lauder Companies, will discuss how they are closing that gap.

How are these organization building a clearer in-season view, responding to meaningful signals sooner, and using AI-enabled recommendations and agents to drive action without removing judgment or accountability from the business?
