Training Description

This technical training workshop offers in-depth, hands-on training on the powerful o9 Platform, equipping participants with the skills required to implement and model decision management solutions. Focused on the core concepts of the o9 Platform, the workshop enables attendees to work with key tools such as the Model Designer, Report Designer, and Layout Designer to build real-world solutions.

The workshop covers essential topics, including basic modelling constructs, IBPL select queries, data manipulation rules, and dashboard widgets, providing a comprehensive understanding of how the o9 Platform supports data-driven decision-making. By the end of the session, participants will have the expertise to create and maintain planning solutions, build custom reports, and understand the platform’s modelling capabilities.

Prerequisite

Participants must have basic knowledge of the supply chain domain and be proficient in databases and SQL.

Mode of Training

• This training will be delivered in a blended mode, comprising instructor-led and self-study sessions. The instructor-led sessions will be conducted by an o9 Education Architect, either virtually through an online meeting platform or in person at the o9 Bengaluru office.
• For the self-study sessions, participants must have access to a laptop and a stable internet connection.
• For virtual instructor-led sessions, participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and should choose a quiet location to minimise background noise. To enhance the learning experience, a second computer monitor is recommended.
• For in-person sessions, participants are required to attend at the o9 Bengaluru office located at Prestige Technostar, Brookfield, Bengaluru.

Completion of the Training

Attendance for all instructor-led sessions, including the kick-off session, Q&A sessions, virtual sessions, and in-person sessions, is mandatory. Participants are expected to attend and actively participate in all scheduled sessions throughout the workshop.

As this workshop follows a structured, progressive learning approach, missing even a single session may leave participants behind on key concepts, hands-on activities, and discussions covered during the training. Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to plan accordingly and ensure full attendance across all days of the workshop. Exceptions will be considered only in cases of genuine medical emergencies and must be communicated to the training team at the earliest opportunity.

This training will be considered complete only when the participant has successfully passed all certification exams included in the learning path.
