o9 Solutions Appoints Hideki Shiozuka as Country Manager to Lead Expansion in Japan

TOKYO/DALLAS, Jun. 1, 2026 – o9 Solutions, a leading software company that is powering enterprise planning and decisioning models across 30-plus industry verticals with its groundbreaking, AI-powered Digital Brain platform, today announced the appointment of Hideki Shiozuka as Country Manager of its Japanese subsidiary, o9 Solutions Japan.

In this role, Shiozuka will lead o9’s business expansion, helping enterprises strengthen operational agility and decision-making capabilities in an increasingly complex and volatile business environment.  Shiozuka brings a proven track record of leadership and business acceleration in the Japanese market with more than 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology and business transformation. Prior to joining o9, Shiozuka served as Vice President at IBM Japan, following his role as Country Manager of Apptio after IBM’s acquisition of Apptio. During his tenure, he worked closely with enterprise customers on initiatives related to technology investment optimization, operational transformation, and AI and automation initiatives.  Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior leadership roles at IBM Japan across sales, business process services, and AI and automation initiatives.
