What To Expect

The AI infrastructure era has created a planning problem most organizations haven't solved: how do you synchronize decisions across engineering configurations, supplier capacity, component constraints, deployment schedules, and financial tradeoffs when every variable is moving at once?

This private dinner brings together senior leaders from across the high-tech value chain for a moderated panel conversation with Oscar Garavito, formerly Head of Supply Chain Transformation at Meta Data Center Infrastructure and Supriya Iyer, formerly Director of Global Networking Supply Chain and Operations at Google alongside Dr. Ashwin Rao, Chief AI Officer at o9, whose team built the planning architectures Google & Meta deployed to manage infrastructure buildouts at this scale.

The conversation will cover how leading organizations are rethinking planning architecture for AI-scale operations, where current tools break down, and what it actually looks like to move from fragmented forecasts toward connected, constraint-aware decision-making.

Speakers

Oscar Garavito

Head of Supply Chain Transformation and Program Management Office, Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain, Meta

Oscar M. Garavito is a Supply Chain Operations and Transformation Executive with 25+ years of experience leading large-scale supply chain programs across leading hyperscalers and global technology companies including Meta, Google, E2open, HP, and Intel. His most recent work spans global data center infrastructure supply chain transformation — driving plan-to-procure modernization, inventory optimization, product lifecycle management, and master data management across AI, Compute, Networking, Connectivity, Electrical, and Mechanical infrastructure. His career reflects a consistent track record of delivering measurable operational and cost improvements through supply chain systems modernization, large-scale supplier integration, and cross-functional execution across complex global networks. Oscar holds an MBA from UC Davis, a BS in Industrial Engineering, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Supriya Iyer

Director, Google Global Networking Supply Chain & Operations, Google

Supriya leads the global Supply Chain and Operations for Google’s Global Networking division, with a focus on predictable materials supply and operations to operate the network at scale. She is a business leader with 20+
years of experience in transforming value chains and growing small teamsinto mature organizations to deliver high quality products and services. Previously, she has held global leadership positions
at VMWare, GE and Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI). Supriya holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from B.I.T.S Pilani.

Dr. Ashwin Rao

EVP of Next-Gen AI and Technology, o9; Adjunct Professor, Stanford University

Dr. Ashwin Rao Dr. Ashwin Rao leads AI Strategy and R&D at o9 Solutions and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University. His work focuses on building AI architectures that are powerful, explainable, and embedded into real operating decisions, including the planning systems deployed by leading hyperscale infrastructure operators.
