Not only will this help those companies to be more efficient and profitable, but also utilize the earth’s resources in a more sustainable and responsible fashion.

Chris Tyas

Former Senior VP Global Supply Chain - Nestlé SA

Chris has spent 40 years in Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, IT and Supply Chain within the CPG industry with Mars and Nestle. After working in a number of countries he moved to Switzerland in 2010 as the Supply Chain Head for Europe and was promoted to become Senior Vice President and Global Supply Chain Head of Nestle SA in 2013.

In his time in Nestle he implemented Integrated Business Planning across many markets of the world and in his latter role instigated and led the Plan to Execute programme looking for the next generation of truly end to end planning processes and systems for the world largest Food and Drink company .Chris has a law degree and an MBA from IMD at Lausanne and now advises on Supply Chain Strategy and chairs a number of industry bodies focussing on traceability and recycling in the FMCG industry.

Everett Plante

Chief Information Officer of Silicon Labs

Everett Plante, has spent his entire career in the high-tech sector and in his latest role Everett was the Chief Information Officer of Silicon Labs, a large semiconductor company out of Austin, Texas, USA. Everett has implemented new technologies throughout his career (at Sysco, Compaq, Silicon Labs) and brings a strong perspective on how organizations can get ready from a change management perspective. Everett’s experience in driving digital transformation in the high-tech industry will be extremely useful for fellow AIM10X members.

Pertti Korhonen

Former Chief Technology Officer - Nokia

Pertti has spent 20 years of his career at Nokia, and in his latest role at Nokia Pertti was the Chief Technology Officer and part of the Executive Board. Pertti was responsible for transforming Nokia’s supply chain from crisis to winning awards for World’s Best Supply chain. Since Pertti left Nokia (2006), he served various companies as the Chief Executive Officer or Board Member in various industries such as Technology, Software, Telecom, Process industry, Machine building and Services. Pertti brings tremendous Executive Leadership experience and has been an early adaptor of new technologies throughout his impressive career.

Ana C. Badell

Chief Operating Officer at Beautycounter

Ana Badell is the Chief Operations Officer at Beautycounter, where she has global leadership for supply chain, technology, social mission (advocacy, safety, sustainability), corporate strategy and business operations. Prior to joining Beautycounter, for almost six years Ana served in various operational and strategic leadership roles at Starbucks, including Vice President, Store Operations and Inventory Flow where a key priority was to enhance the partner-customer experience though holistic inventory flow decisions. Prior to that, she also spent 15 years in leadership roles at Walmart in Merchandise Operations and Supply Chain, at the Hess Corporation in Supply Chain and Strategy running emerging markets, and at BP in Global Supply Chain leading global warehouse management and standing up the Market Intelligence practice.

A strategist at her core, Ana holds extensive experience leading global cross-functional, multi-cultural teams. She drives operational change initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive shareholder value, and is committed to helping purpose-driven companies become enduring brands.

Ana holds degrees in Finance and International Management from the University of Virginia and the University of Bath (UK).

Filippo Passerini

Former CIO & Group President of Global Business Services at P&G

Filippo served over twelve years as Group President of Global Business Services and Chief Information Officer, leading P&G’s most global organization and overseeing the technology and business services operations in over 70 countries. He is globally recognised as a thought-leader in technology-enabled business models for pioneering as well as delivering new solutions that drive significant business value. His principles, ideas and business models have been the subject of numerous books, articles and Harvard Business Reviews. He lived and worked in Italy, Turkey, the UK, Latin America, Greece and the United States.

He received multiple awards during his career as an executive - including inaugural recipient of the Fisher-Hopper prize for lifetime achievement in CIO Leadership, the CIO Hall of Fame, and the HMG Strategy Transformational Award. He is a Director of the Board of United Rentals Inc., Integer, and PDI, with affiliations at McKinsey, Columbia University, MIP-Politecnico of Milan, and personal advisor to a number of global Companies.

Filippo holds a doctorate degree in Statistics and Operations research from La Sapienza, University of Rome.

Bob J. Masching

EVP Global Supply Chain at Trident Seafoods

Bob has spent over 30 years in Supply Chain leadership and executive positions, largely within the CPG industry with PepsiCo, ConAgra Brands, Goodyear Tire and The Nature’s Bounty Co. He has recently joined Trident Seafoods as the EVP, Global Supply Chain. In his time at several of these companies, he has led several Supply Chain Transformation Initiatives and implemented Integrated Business Planning across multiple business segments, markets and customer channels. Bob brings tremendous business integration leadership experiences, as well as applying technology solutions to drive significant efficiency and value to the business.

Bob holds a degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University.

Tony Saldanha

Former VP Global Business Services and Next-Generation Services at P&G

Tony spent twenty seven years at Procter and Gamble leading disruptive IT and shared services strategies, shared services outsourcing, IT systems integration and implementing technology-enabled business solutions. He was named among the Premier 100 IT Professionals on the 2014 Computer world list. He is globally recognised as a progressive leader, staying ahead of disruptive technology capabilities and creating new business models generating 10x business value in consulting and CIO roles. First, as a Program Manager for the ~$8Bn outsourcing deal with HP, IBM and Jones Lang LaSalle – the largest Shared Services deal ever in 2003. Secondly, as the CIO for the Gillette Business Unit during the acquisition by P&G where he led the complex IT transformation and integration of all commercial areas within 18 months. He is a corporate board member, advisor to Fortune 100 boards and CXOs on digital transformation and best-selling author of "Why Digital Transformations Fail". Tony is currently President of Transformant, an advisory company for digital and Global Business Services transformation.

Tony holds a Masters degree in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management.

Das Dasgupta

CDO at Saatchi & Saatchi

Das is leading Advanced Analytics, Data Operations, and Digital Advertising portfolios for one of the top global advertising agencies, Saatchi & Saatchi. He has been listed as one of the top 100 innovators in Data Science and Analytics, whose leadership won Viacom the “Automation of the Year Award” for visionary leadership in the Media industry on Process Excellence and Automation. He has an extensive track record of leading digital transformations to increase productivity and drive out costs. First, as a consultant for EY and McKinsey, he designed and rolled out S&OP processes as well as global demand-supply planning processes for leaders like Microsoft, Avon, Monsanto, but also served as a c-suite strategic advisor in the Entertainment industry for Disney, Universal Studios and Sony pictures. In 2016, as Head of Customer Excellence System (ACES) for North America at Amazon, his team saved the total costs of $7Bn fulfillment network through the implementation of optimized operational best practices. Today, Das is an active member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and is associated with the Communications Futures Program at MIT.

Das holds a dual PhD in Management Science and Operations Research from Penn State University.

Dave Koss

Former US Navy Captain, Topgun Strike Fighter and Blue Angels Pilot

Dave Koss spent a 30-year career in Naval Aviation. He commanded multiple organizations – up to 5000+ personnel – to include Strike Fighter Squadron Fourteen, the Blue Angels, and the Strike Fighter Wing Pacific. He completed 6 international deployments and numerous combat missions in the skies over Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. His dedication to subordinate development and commitment to successful execution led him to be decorated with the LCDR Mike Longardt leadership award, and numerous other decorations such as the Legion of Merit (2 awards), the Bronze Star, the Air Medal with Combat V (2 awards) as well the Strike Flight Air Model (four awards).

Patrick Murzyn

Former Director of Global Supply Excellence, Caterpillar Inc.

Patrick is a leader and consultant in transformation, digital supply chain and business processes with an unparalleled industry expertise. At Caterpillar, he led the transformation of the Global Supply Network and implemented a portfolio of high value capabilities to improve procurement and supply chain visibility, monitoring and decision-making.The Assurance of Supply Center (ASC) was one such program recognized as game changing for the enterprise. Prior to Caterpillar, he led multiple Supply Excellence and transformation programs at Praxair (now Linde), EDS (now HP), and Honeywell. As a trusted adviser to C-level executives for enterprise-wide Digital Transformation programs, he served on the Board of Directors for IMEC (formerly Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center). Patrick currently plays a strategic support role to business planning and executing transformational programs and helps others improve critical skills for business and life.

Pat holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Colin Nelson

Former Chief Supply Chain Officer - Walgreens Boots Alliance

Colin is a Supply Chain executive with 25+ years of experience in leading Digital Transformation initiatives with a focus on delivering significant business improvements - with growth, profitability, and cash - for industry leaders like Unilever, GSK and Walgreens Boots Alliance. At Unilever, he led complex End to End Supply Chain Transformation initiatives together with mergers and acquisitions as well as new organizational processes - moving from local to regional Supply Chain management. As such, he has a solid expertise in designing and implementing change management processes and unlocking new capabilities to respond to the business objectives of fast growing organizations. He has been appointed to Non-Executive roles in organisations that are shaping the future of Supply Chain in Asia.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and Management program from Harvard University.

Sanjiv Sidhu

Chairman and Co-Founder of o9 Solutions

Sanjiv is Co-Founder and Chairman of o9 Solutions. He is a software visionary and entrepreneur with a track record of delivering billions of dollars of value by transforming planning and execution at large corporations across industries. Sanjiv came out of Texas Instruments AI Labs and founded i2 Technologies that pioneered cutting-edge innovations in demand and supply chain planning in the 90s and 2000s. With the increasing complexity and volatility of global supply chains, Sanjiv and Chakri Gottemukkala then founded o9 with a mission to transform integrated business planning with next-generation technology. Chakri Gottemukkala is the co-founder and CEO of o9 solutions. He is the driving force behind o9’s AI powered planning platform, now serving global clients across a number of retail and manufacturing industry verticals. Based on a strong belief that organizations that plan better don’t just get better financial results, they are better utilisers or the earth’s resources and are happier work environments, Chakri is on a mission to enable drive digital age IBP capabilities at all global companies.
Prior to co-founding o9, Chakri had a 10 year career at i2 Technologies, where he played a variety of roles spanning product strategy, sales & marketing, industry solutions and consulting. Chakri has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and a Master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
