o9 Solutions’ AIM10x Executive Council has two new joiners. Katherine Ross and Philippe Lambotte are keen to give learnings from their wealth of experience across the supply chain. The AIM10x Community is a thriving network that is growing and becoming more and more diverse. Both Katherine and Philippe have global experience in sectors from CPG to Food, Healthcare to Children’s Toys and have witnessed the importance in successfully leveraging software and data to transform a multinational business.

Katherine Ross has more than 35 years of Supply Chain experience in the Food, CPG, and Healthcare sectors. She has lived in and led supply chains in Asia, Europe, and the US; her most recent role was SVP for Johnson & Johnson’s global logistics and customer service operations, managing a $2 billion spend across more than 70 countries. She concurrently served as President for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Services and previously led J&J’s Consumer Global Planning capability.
Katherine has extensive experience in transforming supply chains to drive commercial performance at J&J, PepsiCo, and McKinsey, and currently has both board and advisory board roles with technology companies active in supply chain transformation and digitization. Katherine says: “o9 is a recognized thought leader in Supply Chain digitization, with the capability to transform an organization’s performance. I was drawn to the commitment of the senior leadership team to its vision for change, as well as its track record of delivery. I am very excited to be part of this journey.”

Philippe Lambotte has senior supply chain leadership experience at Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Merck, Mattel and most recently Johnson & Johnson where he successfully led complex digital and physical supply chain transformations across industries as diverse as Consumer Goods, Fashion and Healthcare. At Johnson & Johnson, Philippe led the Medical Devices Global Planning team through S&OP reengineering and major outsourcing efforts. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Logistics & Planning at Mattel where he helped navigate major customer channel disruptions for brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels.
Before Mattel, Philippe led Merck’s Supply Chain in the area of customer and supplier collaboration with responsibility for distribution, logistics, planning and value chain management for Vaccines and Therapeutics products. Philippe joined Merck from Kraft Foods, where he last served as Senior Vice President, Global Customer Service and Logistics before the company breakup into Kraft and Mondelez. Philippe is excited to join the Council:
