Tony Saldanha spent twenty-seven years at Procter and Gamble leading global IT and shared services strategies, IT systems integration, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions. He is globally recognized as a progressive leader, staying ahead of disruptive technology capabilities and creating new business models that generate 10x business value in consulting and CIO roles for amongst others, the Gillette Business Unit. He is a corporate board member, advisor to Fortune 100 boards and CXOs on digital transformation, and best-selling author of “Why Digital Transformations Fail”. Tony is currently President of Transformant, an advisory company for digital and Global Business Services transformation.

Das Dasgupta is the Chief Data Officer of the internationally reputed advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, where he is currently leading Data Science & Advanced Analytics, and Digital Marketing and Advertising Technology portfolios. Prior to this role, he stood up Digital Transformation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) at Viacom, a media conglomerate to increase productivity and drive out costs. Dr. Dasgupta’s past roles include a North American Leadership role at Amazon where he led Customer Experience, and Associate Partner role at McKinsey, where he designed and rolled out Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for global large clientele.

Das states: “Data-driven decision making is my first passion, and the world of supply chain management is not new to it. Due to giant leaps in technology, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities have taken global supply chain management to a new level of competence. Because of turbulence in the international supply chains during COVID-19, the crisis has been elevated to a new reality – one does not have an option but to plan for such crises, and continually replan in real-time to maintain supply chain agility. As someone who has the privilege of seeing both the supply and demand side, joining the AIM10x Executive Council gives me a unique vantage point to connect these ends and everything in-between with data, AI, and ML. While I see myself as a Data evangelist, the enormous value that o9 can unleash based on ‘connecting the dots’ excites me to be a part of this Executive Council.”

Dave Koss spent a 30-year career in Naval Aviation. He commanded multiple organizations – up to 5000+ personnel – to include Strike Fighter Squadron Fourteen, the Blue Angels, and the Strike Fighter Wing Pacific. He completed 6 international deployments and numerous combat missions in the skies over Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. His dedication to subordinate development and commitment to successful execution led him to be decorated with the LCDR Mike Longardt leadership award, and numerous other decorations such as the Legion of Merit (2 awards), the Bronze Star, the Air Medal with Combat V (2 awards) as well the Strike Flight Air Model (four awards).

Dave states: “I am humbled by the opportunity to join such a talented team. Having spent 30 years in the military, I have been a consumer of data, or what we would call intelligence. Having accurate and actionable data was critical to achieving mission success. As an organization that is predominantly forward deployed, a solid logistics chain also greatly enhanced our ability to sustain.
