Project Zebra – Outside-in Processes for Supply Chain Management
Today’s supply chain processes are inside-out and functional. While demand and supply volatility is increasing, organizations and processes respond but still struggle to sense. The dilemma is that the number and capabilities of sensors and analytics are growing, but there is no way to adapt existing processes to sense and respond proactively. As a result, only 1/3 of business leaders are satisfied with the status quo.
During this roundtable, we would like to discuss:
- How Project Zebra is building open-source outside-in processes for supply chain planning
- Challenging supply chain leaders to change their stripes.
This session will be led by Lora Cecere, Founder of Supply Chain Insights.
So, what is a roundtable?
This roundtable is a 1-hour knowledge sharing session in which a limited group of people <12 will engage in a discussion around the topic of the month. The session is facilitated by an industry expert in which diverse groups of innovators come to share knowledge, discuss challenges, learn new things, and meet new people. The session will be highly interactive and collaborative, with a fresh twist.
We keep the agenda simple:
- Introductions
- Setting the scene
- Group discussion
- Networking
