Vikas Goel, Chief Customer Officer at o9 Solutions
At o9, Vikas has led multiple large Digital Transformations across industries including retail, brand manufacturing, apparel, and footwear. In addition to his customer responsibilities, he works closely with the o9 product teams to drive new innovations and next-generation industry capabilities into o9’s platform.
Prior to o9, Vikas spent 12+ years at i2 (now Blue Yonder). In his last role at Blue Yonder, he was responsible for strategic clients in retail and consumer goods. He also led Blue Yonder’s largest planning practice.
In addition to his role within o9, Vikas is an established thought leader in the areas of integrated planning, merchandising, supply chain, and revenue management.
Vikas has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India, and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
