Vikas Goel

Vikas Goel is the Chief Human Resources Officer at o9 Solutions. He has been with o9 since the early founding days and has seen the company grow from fewer than 10 employees to more than 2,500. Vikas has extensive knowledge of all aspects and functions of the organization, specifically building business units and delivering client solutions.

In his role as CHRO, Vikas connects o9’s Human Resources function to the specialized needs of the business. Prior to o9, he spent 12+ years at i2 (now Blue Yonder). In addition to his role within o9, Vikas is an established thought leader in integrated planning, merchandising, supply chain, and revenue management.

Vikas has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India, and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
